Veeran Verstas oli mukana Oulun Taiteiden Yössä torstaina 25.8.2011. Yleisölle avoimessa tapahtumassa Sahasaaren Raunio-areenalla (Ainolan puistossa) festarialueen aidat ja rakennukset saivat upeat graffitit pintaansa, kun taiteilijat pääsivät vauhtiin. Tapahtumaa järjestämässä oli Kulttuuribingon väki. Nuorille taiteilijoille kannut ja maalit sponsoroi Veeran Verstas ja Real Deal.
Sää oli tapahtuman aikaan varsin mainio, ja paikalle kertyikin kiitettävästi iloisia ihmisiä! Liekö Verstaan tarjoamien banaanien tuoksu houkutellut ihmisiä paikalle?
Illan aikana aurinkoiselle Raunio-areenalle nousi useita bändejä: Lastenmusiikkiyhtye Mowgli, Matalat Majat, Sininen Kaappi, HaVaHu ja Ruotomieli.
